Made to order

Each wndrfm* piece is made to order in our studio. Because each piece is produced for your order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or order details selected at checkout.

We encourage you to review the product description, dimensions, color, and other details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, or once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel or change your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’d be happy to help make it right.

Natural variations

Because our products are made using additive manufacturing, subtle variations in layer texture, color, and finish may occur. These characteristics are part of the production process and are not considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s function or differ substantially from its description.

Shipping delays

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate. You may choose to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the affected unshipped order for a full refund.
